Our misson

To simplify corporate, real-estate management through intuitive, customizable and accessible technology.

SuperByte was founded in 2018 by Simon Russell and Richard Adams, inspired by their shared vision to address a widespread challenge in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) planning and management. They recognized the industry’s inefficiencies caused by fragmented processes and poor information management, leading to unnecessary complexity.

By combining innovation with simplicity, SuperByte is transforming the way corporates manage their real estate operations.

We build relationships with those closest to the issues at hand, enabling us to have in-depth conversations around issues such as, data pain points; key reporting requirements; and processes, allowing for analysis providing a foundation for delivering the most effective solutions.

We have a team based in our head office in Shrewsbury, United Kingdom with additional support from remote freelance and a global ‘SuperAgent’ network helping people with their digital transformation.

We are a small highly agile team that strives to develop world-class software for our Global clients.

Simon Russell

Managing Director

With over 30 years' experience, Simon has led tech-driven innovation across industries. His expertise includes automating manufacturing processes and developing communication tools and campaigns for global brands in Real Estate and Workplace sectors.

Richard Adams

Technical Director

Richard is a creative software engineer with 15+ years' experience, specialising in award-winning web applications for the Real Estate and Workplace sectors. He has delivered impactful solutions for startups, multinationals, universities, and non-profits.

Manda Morris

Operational Director

Manda, an experienced educator and leader with over 30 years' expertise, excels in creating learning plans, coordinating logistics, and managing teams. She has successfully transitioned to managing development teams and delivering complex projects on time.

Michael Adams

Associate Director

Mike began his career in media before joining SuperByte as a freelance graphic designer and front-end developer, becoming its first official employee. Now Associate Director, he leads the Design and Communications teams and oversees daily operations.

Charlotte Tonks

Business Analysis

Formerly a Computer Science teacher, Charlotte transitioned to the tech industry to pursue her passion for innovation. As Account Manager, she is the main client contact, overseeing project delivery and contributing to marketing, design, and development.

Simon Jones

Associate Director

Simon leads the development team, leveraging 17 years of experience to drive innovation across the full development lifecycle. He fosters collaboration and continuous improvement while overseeing backend, frontend, and server setup.

Richard Hurst

Non-Executive Director

Richard is a seasoned leader with 30 years' experience in senior roles at global businesses, specialising in real estate, facilities management, and tech-driven growth. He has held key leadership positions at CBRE, EY, and DTZ, overseeing global business lines and platforms.

David Terhorst

Creative Communications

David joined us as Customer Support Executive after earning a degree in TV Production and Technology. He plays a key role in supporting our team and clients, using his creative expertise and multimedia skills to enhance our presence through video production and social media.
